The Mayan Elders Speak

So what did the Mayan Elders say?4 months later I am back. I was in the Yucatan for the winter, as I mentioned in my post from Dec 1st. I thought I would have no problem staying connected but I was wrong.
I bought a new Inspiron laptop for the trip and was going to connect to a nearby wireless network. A week into it, my wireless card quit so my connect time was very limited and not conducive to working on my site or blogging.
I received some emails asking what the elders said so I am sorry it took so long to respond. I was never really curious as to what they said as I knew what the substance would be but of course anyone reading my post wouldn’t necessarily share my belief.
The Mayan Elders interpretation of the “end of time” prophesy is being transcribed into a book that will be signed by the entire National Mayan Council of Guatemala, printed in several languages and distributed this year.
I have found out the essence of what they said from Don Alejandro Oxlaj(Wandering Wolf) the primary keeper of the Mayan prophesies. Here are some excerpts from what he has said since the Pilgrimage:
“At the time of the 13 Baktun and 13 Ahau is the time of the return of our Ancestors and the return of the men of wisdom. That time is now. Arise, everyone, stand up! Not one, nor two groups be left behind the rest. This prophecy is in reference to all: rich or poor, black or white, men or women, indigenous or non indigenous, we all are equal, we all have dignity, we all deserve respect, we all deserve happiness; we all are useful and necessary to the growth of the country and to make a nation where we can live with respect among the different cultures.”
“According to the Maya Long Count Calendar, we are finalizing the 13 Baktun and 13 Ahau, thus approaching the YEAR CERO. We are at the doorsteps of the ending of another period of the Sun, a period that lasts 5,200 years and ends with several hours of darkness. After this period of darkness there comes a new period of the Sun; it will be the 6th one. In each period of the Sun
there is an adjustment for the planet and it brings changes in the weather conditions and in social and political life as well.
The world is transformed and we enter a period of understanding and harmonious coexistence where there is social justice and equality for all. It is a new way of life. With a new social order there comes a time of freedom where we can move like the clouds, without limitations, without borders. We will travel like the birds, without the need for passports. We will travel like the rivers, all heading towards the same point the same objective. The Mayan prophecies are announcing a time of change. The Pop Wuj, the book of the Counsel, tells us, It is time for dawn; let the dawn come, for the task to be finished.”
What a time for humanity coming. The Mayans have prophesied this as has many other indigenous peoples. The Eagle of the North(masculine) and the Condor of the South(feminine) will once again fly together as the one that they truly are. The balance that nature always seeks is happening right now.
I promise that when the book comes out I will post a link to where you can find out more.
