Seth Garrison

I am a certified Overlight facilitator and creator of Back to Perfection - an energy healing modality. I also maintain a website called The Source Is Here. I have been certified by the Lightworker Organization in the Overlight process, spiritual communication and transition (birth and death) counseling.

Overlight is a spiritual psychology - an alternative process for healing and balancing the body, mind and spirit with the knowledge that all three work in harmony to attain perfect sustained health. The Overlight process is fully explained in the category named Overlight.

I experienced a spiritual awakening in 2000 after the death of a longtime spouse. From this awakening I attained a deep inner knowing of the purpose and meaning of life. Since then my path has been to share my perspective with anyone who asked along with using the internet to expand the reach with the intention of helping all of us shift to the next step in human evolution.

I know that if this amazing change can happen to me, it is and will happen for you because we are one. We all are in this together. For humanity to ascend to the next era of consciousness it has to be all of us. It is happening right now. In this lifetime. If, by offering this information, I can nudge just one person into the awareness of who they truly are, this site will have served it’s purpose.
